• ​Red - All directors are in a room and have additional shifts to be covered
• Yellow - All directors are in a room, the sub for this request would enable one to be out of the room
• Green - Half of the leadership team in a room, the sub for this request would enable both to be out of the room
• Blue - Long-term sub request - Over 3 weeks to cover maternity leave, sick leave, vacation, etc.
